Extended Warranty

By default all Calm Bear LLC orders have a free 30 day warranty. However, we do offer 90 day warranty and lifetime warranty extensions at checkout.

When does my warranty start? Warranty begins on date of purchase, not date of delivery.

How often can I use my lifetime warranty? You may use your warranty once per order. This does not include replacement orders. If you claim your warranty and decide you want to claim it again within your warranty period, warranty will be void.

Is lifetime warranty really for life? Yes, so long as your reason for warranty is stated in the "ok to warranty if" section below. We reserve the right to deny warranty for reasons stated in "not ok to warranty if" section.

Ok to warranty if: If product does not work as promised or stops working. If product breaks or falls apart. If product turns fingers green, rust or causes any other allergic reactions, ring does not fit.

Not ok to warranty if: Item is lost, item is tarnished or clogged by fault of the customer. This includes damage caused by sand, dirt, mud, glue, paint or other foreign substances.

Claiming warranty: Warranty must be claimed as a replacement or refunded order. Please refer to refund and returns page for more information. Customers are required to provide proof of faulty or broken product in order to receive warranty. If warranty is being claimed due to an allergic reaction or wrong sizing customers are required to send rings back themselves and cover cost of return shipping label.

When warranty is claimed, warranty fee will not be discounted from refund amount.
