My order was lost in transit: Contact our support team using the contact form on our website with your order number and full name and address. We can send one free replacement. Free replacements are not eligible for refunds or returns.
I am not 100% satisfied with my order: Although this situation is rare, we do offer full returns for up to 30 days after purchase! Contact our support team using the contact form on our website with your order number and full name and address to begin the refund process. Customers are required to ship the ring themselves and will not be reimbursed for shipping cost.
My package was stolen: We will honor a one time replacement if we are notified within 24 hours of the order arriving.
My order was wrong: Contact our support team using the contact form on our website with your order number, full name and a photo of the incorrect product. Customers are required to send the original back. Once received we will send a free replacement.
Please note, Calm Bear can only cover shipping on replacement orders being sent to the customer, not coming from the customer. Customers are required to pay for shipping on returns or exchanges.
