I use mine more for the gym than working out. Personally I can't fall asleep with any sort of noise around so I do not use it for bed. Work good for gym.

this is adorable!! I did not expect my sleep to improve THIS much. Nothing cozier than falling asleep to your favorite show minus the headphone pain. Great audio quality and the cloth feels cloud soft. I'd recommend this to anyone regardless of sleeping patterns!!!

can't go a night without it now. Personally I like to fall asleep to lo-fi beats something about it is so soothing, the flat headphones actually make it comfortable to sleep on my side whereas typically headphones would hurt my ears

I'll take another! one for my boo that says I'M the snorer! The slumber band has been an amazing treat of a product that I can not recommend enough to anyone suffering from sleep interruptions. Living near a train for us is the worse as they need to honk their horn through the night to clear tracks. This really has been a blessing being able to drown it out to the sound of meditation music
